Newly renovated! Enjoy direct water access to Buckeye Lake from April 1st- Nov 1st in your very own backyard! Bring your pontoon & park it @ the dock for your entire stay or rent our pontoon boat for an additional fee. Visit 1 or all 12 restaurants/bars by boat & enjoy the lake life! Lounge in the 6-person hot tub or sing the night away around a fire. Cook your favorite dish on the grill & host your friends/family. Parking for 5 cars. Market & bars within walking distance <1 mile away. The space This property is only waterfront access to Buckeye Lake from April 1st- Nov1st every year due to ODNR draining the lake several feet. We are just a short walk to the main lake but the property itself is down a private boat accessible channel. Feel free to come enjoy the property during the winter time as well just not waterfront property outside of the above dates. Walk out to the main lake and do some ice fishing or kick back and enjoy our outdoor hot tub and fire pit! Guest access A unique access code will be provided to you prior to check-in to unlock the front door. You will have access to the entire house, off-street parking spaces between the poured driveway in front of the garage and large tree to the left, backyard and 1 private boat dock. Parking on the street is prohibited by Thorn Township. Towing is enforced at all times. All vehicles must be parked off-street in the designated parking area only. All other docks are privately rented and are strictly off limits. You are not permitted access to the other docks or other boats at any time. Parking in the gravel lot between the Airbnb and white privacy fence next to neighboring house is strictly prohibited. Accessibility: This home is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Disclaimer: There are several younger families on our street, and this is a very kid friendly neighborhood. Per Buckeye Lake State Park and ODNR, swimming is not permitted in the canal and only permitted at designated swim areas. Only waterfront and boat accessible from April 1st-Nov 1st.
