UPSTAIRS STUDIO - Featuring a queen-size bed, dedicated workspace, and WiFi, this space is perfect for both relaxation and remote work. - The well-equipped kitchenette includes a two-plate gas burner, kettle, toaster, and air fryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. - The lounge and dining area provide a cozy space to unwind, complete with an internal fireplace and a comfortable couch where you can enjoy stunning sea views. - The separate bathroom and shower also offer picturesque mountain vistas. UPSTAIRS DECK Largely enclosed to protect from the wind, the deck includes braai facilities (stocked with wood) and a four-seater table, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals while taking in the views. Additionally, it features a lounger for sunbathing and relaxation. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM Can accommodate two guests with either a king-size bed or two single beds. Please note that there is no en-suite bathroom for this unit; guests rely on the outside toilet and the shower in the upstairs unit for these facilities. This room also provides access to the laundry room with access to a washing room and dryer. The downstairs bedroom is only connected to the upstairs bedroom by the external stairs, so to be noted that this unit may not be that well suited for those with young kids. DOWNSTAIRS OUTSIDE AREA The downstairs area features an Astro turf grass section for chilling or waxing up your surfboard, complete with bean bags for relaxing and a small coffee table for enjoying a coffee in the sun. ELANDS BAY SHOPPING The town is very small and there are ONLY BASIC GROCERIES AVAILABLE. You will be able to top up on bread, milk, braai meat and some limited wine and beer in Elands bay. In Lamberts Bay, about 30 mins away, a full grocery shop can be done, though this may be best done before leaving Cape Town. FULL SELF CATERING We provide bed linen, bath towels and beach towels, toilet paper, body wash and hand soap plus salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee (Instant) and oil BUT please be warned we do not provide milk, sauces or spices so be sure to pack for a full self-catering vibe! MOSQUITOS Please bring your own mosquito repellent if the mozzies love you!. The ceiling fans do help keep them at bay.
