Riverside Luxury near the Tennis Centre

Right on the Brisbane river, overlooking a green golf course, boasting a swimming pool and hot tub… is this two bedroom, two bathroom dreamy retreat space. Only 2 minutes stroll from the Pat Rafter Arena, you will have the best accommodation available. It’s lovingly decorated as it is my home. I hope you love it as much as I do. The space This my home.. So it’s available to enjoy to respectful guests. Dad (legend of a dad) lives on the top level of the house (fully self contained) and the space available to you is also fully self contained. This is also the home of a friendly cat Huey who is an optional extra if you want the company. The home has two bedrooms (one with river views and the other very dark and quiet so makes for a great sleep. There is a BBQ, two modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchenette (no oven but an induction stove with 2 burners). Please note that the kitchen sink only has cold water but there is a kettle handy. There is a drawer dishwasher. As I am a creative woman who lives in the space when there aren't Airbnb guests, it is not prepared like a hotel, but more like a home, lovingly decorated. (There will be some of my clothes in the wardrobe for example). Looking for guests who respect that. Guest access You are free to use the entire downstairs level incurring the pool, hot tub, courtyard and riverside grassy spot. Other things to note It’s imperative that you don’t flush wipes, sanitary items or similar down the loo.
