Homely comfy stay in the vibrant city of Eindhoven

Welcome to my home. Located in a quiet residential area, you can reach the center of the lively, inspiring city of Eindhoven from my house within 10 minutes. In my house, I rent two rooms: a single and a double. They are located on the first floor of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with me and are fully equipped. My house is simple, practical and clean, and the rooms are cozy and suitable for relaxing or working. The space My house is a terraced house located in a quiet residential area in the north of Eindhoven, a 1-minute walk from a beautiful park where you can take a nice walk. A small shopping center with two supermarkets, a Dutch snack bar, a Chinese restaurant and a drugstore, is also a 1-minute walk away, as is the bus stop to the center of Eindhoven. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms that I rent out, and a bathroom that we share. I sleep in the attic myself. During your stay, you will have access to your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and garden. In the kitchen, you have your own cabinet with kitchen utensils, and you have access to a refrigerator. You can cook if you want. In addition, there is a Dolce Gusto device with which you can prepare delicious coffee, cappuccino or another variety. This bedroom is for 1 person because the space is slightly smaller than the other room. There is a double box spring bed on which you will sleep comfortably. In addition, there is Netflix, a table to eat or work at, and a comfortable chair to read or study in. I have a cat named Chui (leopard in Swahili). This will not bother you. He is mostly on his own and very sweet and is mostly in the living room. I work 4 days a week at the office and 1 day at home. In the evenings, I am regularly at home, although I also sometimes do sports and other things. If you need me, I can often be found in the living room downstairs, but I will also be able to help you via WhatsApp. Other things to note The house is located on a quiet street. After 11 p.m., it is almost quiet. So parties are not preferred. Please do not smoke inside the house. In the garden, this is possible.
