Door from kitchen into dining room with table seating six people, utility cupboard for washer/dryer. Door to Bedroom 2 with zip and link bed which can be a twin or super-king size (6ft) (please advise preferred bed configuration on booking), French doors to outside, wardrobe. Door to Bedroom 3 with double bed (4ft 6), hanging space and drawer unit. Family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Latched door from dining room leads up steep and narrow stairs to Bedroom 1 with king size bed (5ft), hanging space and drawer unit. Outside: Large gardens wrap around the cottage offering space and privacy. There is an outdoor table and chairs, picnic bench and bistro set offering plenty of al fresco dining options. Wildlife, including deer, visit the garden, and free-roaming ponies and donkeys are often seen outside the gate. Please note the garden is not completely enclosed and there are some areas where the levels change; children should therefore be supervised at all times. Parking: Parking on the driveway for 3 cars.
