Host bedroom is at end of main hallway on 2nd floor The space Private second Floor Guest Suite offers two bedrooms and one full bath inclusive of the listing: (bedroom #1 is a twin bed & bedroom #2 is a queen bed with an adjoining full bathroom in between). There is a three person maximum for the second floor guest suite which includes the use of both bedrooms whether it be one guest or three guests using one or both of the bedrooms. (Note *****Due to new policies & regulations we can no longer offer discounts). Booking is for Two bedrooms inclusive - each bedroom having a Full Bed. Full Bath is down the hall and in between both bedrooms (extra day bed in bedroom #1). Both bedrooms 1 & 2 are both all yours for your private stay. You will have the entire 3rd floor guest suite all to yourself inclusive regardless of how many rooms are used. There is one full bath and a coffee station in between. (Note *****Due to new policies & regulations we can no longer offer any discounts). (Note *on some occasions there may be other guests booked on the third floor suite just above. The third floor suite has its own private entrance at the top of the main staircase and it has its own private bath. All guests are separated from one another by each being on their own floor. Please also note that the hosts primary bedroom is just down the main hallway from the second floor guest suite). Guests may use the living room and the courtyard which are common areas for the hosts and other guests to enjoy. There is a coffee station in the second floor guest suite for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. There is a private refrigerator located in the 2nd floor guest suite for your groceries. The local Acme is a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk for groceries and accessories. For booking with your family and other in-party members, there is a 3 person guest maximum - (*The entire second and third floor suites are available for larger guest capacities within the same party (up to seven guests) provided both second floor & third floor calendar dates are open - please see our other third floor listing and please inquire within to this request). The property is within a walkable neighborhood and is a short walk to Merion Golf, Merion Cricket, Haverford College, local restaurants, Suburban Square shopping and the Ardmore Music Hall for local weekend shopping and entertainment. Sorry but there are no pets allowed on the property. Enjoy the patio courtyard to yourselves or with other guests as the weather permits. The local farmers market and the Bryn Mawr theatre is always a good choice which is located in Bryn Mawr and is about a 20 minute walk away. Guest access Host will provide check in details the day of arrival or upon earlier request. All guests may have use of the Living room area and use of the courtyard.
