Including Pool/Gym/Library in the East tower on level 1. The apartment is on level 12 in the West tower a short walk between the entrances. Other things to note For everyone’s safety, there’s just one set of keys available during your stay. I keep a backup set securely in case of emergencies. Please note there’s a $500 lost key fee, as replacing keys involves reprogramming access for the whole floor and basement. The front door is a fire-safety door, so it’s quite solid — you’ll just need a little extra push or pull to open it. We leave the balcony door open a little bit to keep the air circulating; this does bring in some dust which can seem unsightly but rest assured the unit gets a thorough clean between guests. You’ll have access to a secure basement car park, which can only be entered using your key. From there, you can take the East Tower lift straight to the pool and gym — super convenient! Parking is via a car lift at the main entrance. It’s easy once you’ve done it once, and there’s a photo guide in the arrival instructions to walk you through it. It suits small to medium vehicles and can handle larger vehicles but it can be tight depending on the size. Allow about 5 extra minutes when coming or going. If you prefer, there’s also free street parking nearby and 2 hours of free parking available in the Westfield car park just behind the building.
