Large cozy house on a quiet street that can accommodate up to 12 people very comfortably. Easy access to Old Quebec: 10 minutes by public transport or 45 minutes on foot. Within walking distance, several local services: bakery, restaurants, SAQ, coffee shop, bookstore, pharmacy, parks, municipal swimming pool (summer), skating rink (winter), three Metrobus routes, etc. Our 4 hens provide fresh eggs every morning. The open-plan ground floor includes the living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, reading area and office area. The huge table with benches and the oversized island allow for unforgettable gatherings. Upstairs there is an office, DIY and reading area, a full bathroom with bath and large walk-in shower as well as 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: one queen size bed and one single bed; - Bedroom 2: a double bed and a desk; - Bedroom 3: children's bedroom with a single bed, desk, maisonette, books and toys. In the basement there is a living room with projector (PS4) and TV (Google TV), full bathroom* with bath and shower as well as 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 4*: one double bed and a desk; - Bedroom 5*: one double bed and a desk; - Bedroom 6*: a double bed and a desk. * IMPORTANT: Please read the "Other things to note" section to access bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and the additional bathroom. At the back, a small quiet courtyard where our 4 hens live, who will provide you with fresh eggs every morning. Guest access Rooms that are not accessible will be crossed out. Other things to note The advertised price is for 6 people and gives access to 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. If you need more than 3 bedrooms, you must add additional people to the booking as follows: 7-8 people gives access to 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; 9-10 people gives access to 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; 11-12 people gives access to 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Without these additions of extra people, the additional bathroom and bedrooms will not be accessible. There are several options for parking a vehicle: - Street parking is possible with some restrictions on weekdays and without restrictions in the evenings and on weekends. - Public parking is available at 1370 Rue Marie-Rollet, a 3-minute walk away. - It may also be possible to rent a parking space from immediate neighbors (to be confirmed).
