Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed. The space Cleaning must be done before departure (empty garbage cans, bed linen in the bathroom, clean floors, clean and tidy dishes, etc.). Products and accessories necessary to be able to leave the home as you found it are at your disposal. If the cleaning has not been done, it will be charged €60. No plugging in an electric car.
