Fred's cottage, small house

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed. The space Cleaning must be done before departure (empty garbage cans, bed linen in the bathroom, clean floors, dishes clean and tidy, ...). Products and accessories needed to be able to leave the space as you found it are at your disposal. If the cleaning has not been done, it will be charged €60. No plugging in an electric car.
