Blue Kite Retreat, nestled in the tranquil seaside village of Kalpitiya, is a dreamy haven where luxury and exploration coexist. This lovely four-bedroom property was purchased in 2023 and has been painstakingly repaired to become our treasured vacation residence as well as a warm hideaway for visitors. With an oversized swimming pool, lush surroundings, and thoughtfully designed interiors, our villa is more than a destination — it's a place to create memories. The space Our home features three spacious rooms, each approximately 550 square feet. Each room is named after cherished dry zone fruits from our childhood, reflecting the cultural heritage of the region. All rooms consist of attached bathrooms, fans + air-conditioning. PALU (Double room) This room is upstairs and has a balcony. Perfect for unwinding amidst nature. POOL ACCESS PREMIER ROOMS. WEERA (Double room) With easy access to the pool, this room provides a cozy retreat for relaxation. MA DAN (Double room) Steps away from the pool, this room is ideal for those seeking immediate access to outdoor leisure. There is a common room equipped with comfortable furniture, a large TV, DVD player and a mini library. The property also consists of an outside dinning area. Guest access We can accommodate late night check in. Airport pick up can be arranged. There is a common space for the guests to enjoy and relax. Room Palu is on the first floor so guests will have to climb steps. During your stay We interact with our guests as much as they want us to.
