After a day of adventure, unwind on the terrace in the wood-fired hot tub while taking in the sea views. Next to the house, you'll also find a sauna for moments of pure relaxation. A short walk away is a sheltered outdoor picnic area with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside, making it the perfect place for your morning coffee, a picnic, watching magical sunsets, or cooking over an open fire. By the shore, you'll find our wood-fired sauna raft, private pier, and swimming area. Here, you can combine a relaxing sauna session with a refreshing dip in the sea, borrow a kayak to explore the coastline, and experience Bohuslän at its very best. Information Before Booking • The property is partially steep and hilly, and stairs are required to reach the house. Therefore, accompanying children should be infants or over 6 years old. • To preserve the peaceful and natural surroundings, parties and events are not permitted. • Pets are not allowed. A warm welcome to Hällesdalens Gård! ✨ Guest access As a guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire house, the spacious wraparound terrace, the lawn, and the private outdoor areas surrounding the property. You are also warmly invited to enjoy the farm’s beach, pier, kayaks, wood-fired sauna raft, and sheltered outdoor picnic area. These facilities may be shared with guests staying in the farm’s other accommodations and offer plenty of space for both relaxation and nature experiences. If your group consists of more than four guests, you also have the option to book the nearby tiny house, Hytten Lodge, which accommodates two additional guests. The accommodations have been thoughtfully positioned and are separated by greenery and natural elevation changes, ensuring a private and peaceful stay for everyone. We kindly ask our guests to use firewood and water responsibly so that together we can conserve the farm’s resources and help protect the environment. 🌿 During periods of dry weather and elevated fire risk, local restrictions may affect the use of wood-fired facilities and outdoor grilling. We always follow official regulations and recommendations and will inform you of any applicable restrictions during your stay. Other things to note Packing List for a Comfortable Stay: • Sturdy shoes or boots. The house is located in the countryside, and weather conditions can change quickly. • A flashlight. During the darker months of the year, it can be useful if, for example, you visit the beach or sauna after sunset. • A camera or binoculars. There is a good chance of spotting wildlife such as deer, foxes, eagles, seals, herons, and occasionally even moose.
