New Town house with the room on 2nd floor. Great location. Ten minutes walk to Marion shopping centre and Aquatic centre. 10 minute drive to the Beautiful Brighton Beach, where are many great restaurants . 2 min walk to a bus stop. Half an hour bus ride to the city Adelaide. 7 min drive to the Flinders hospital and University. 14 km to Adelaide airport. 20 min drive to the popular Wineries! The unit is located on a poorly lit street, so there is a sensor light in front of the house ! The space The house has two bedrooms on the second floor.Share bathroom . On the first floor there is a guest room with a kitchen and a toilet. The kitchen is very small, so it is only suitable for preparing quick and light breakfasts or dinners.
