From one of the living room, the guests have access to the bright dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. One of the double bedroom, which was built recently, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi for 2 guests. The surroundings of Villa Vincenti Villa Vincenti is in the heart of Southern Salento, a short drive away from the city centres of Ruffano and Taurisano, as well as Specchia, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The villa is equidistant from the two coasts of Salento, with the beautiful beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli on one side and the suggestive cliff of Marina Serra on the other side, less than 20 kilometers away, for those who wish to plunge into the blue Ionian sea, in addition to the blue swimming pool. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 800 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. Guest access The main body of the villa is spread over one level: entering inside you can choose whether to proceed to the living/sitting room which is on the right or to the living room on the left, both with sofa beds and furnished with taste. The same entrance provides access to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and to the beautiful imposing bathroom with tub covered with precious marble. On the western side of the house there is the third bedroom with private bathroom. A large and perfectly equipped dining room leads also outside where there are two gazebos which are perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The outdoor area with pool is completed with covered showers, changing rooms, bathroom and showers, this space is also equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, the gazebo has an outdoor chairs and tables where you can enjoy tasty cocktails by the pool which is also covered with beautiful marble panels.
