Come experience the interior of Alaska at our cozy apartment! This is a fabulous, central location with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks. Our place is a quaint, 2 bedroom lower apartment. Shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive. The space 800 Sq Ft apartment with a smart TV, with free Wi-Fi & cable. We have a fully equipped kitchen & laundry area with washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed Bedroom 2 has a queen bed Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the front fenced yard. Other things to note The water here is heated by steam, so it should always be hot - please use cation and test water first before showering or washing dishes. There are other units in this building, quiet hours are 10PM- 8AM. This is a unique older building with the heating and hot water pipes that run through the walls. As the pipes heat up and expand this causes a random “tick“ sound.
