This delightful farmer's cottage forms part of the Arthington House estate, nestled in the Yorkshire countryside on 64 acres of farmland. The cottage has been lovingly renovated to a high standard with a warm and homely feeling throughout. It has sprawling views of Almscliffe Cragg, with the Arthington Viaduct and River Wharfe being only a short walk across the fields. It would suit couples and small families wishing to escape to a peaceful retreat or explore the local amenities and towns. The space Within the cottage there is a luxurious kitchen with a dining table which can comfortably seat 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to self-cater with ease, including induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a coffee machine and kettle. Just off the kitchen is a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the warmth of an open fire during the colder months and savour the beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. It has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and Smart TV. There is a downstairs WC and boot room which is convenient for storing your excess luggage, shoes/boots and waterproofs. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has spectacular views and is furnished with a king size double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, furnished with a wardrobe and shelves and double bed. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a free-standing bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. Outside the property has a private garden with a small lawn and patio area equipped with garden furniture and BBQ. Guest access On arrival guests will gain access through the main gates to Arthington House, the cottage is found round the back of the of the property and has parking for at least 2 cars. The guests will be issued with keys to the property and a remote control to open the gates so they can come and go as they please.
