The Farmhouse in Caiano

The house of Fattoria di Caiano is an ancient building full of history. Elegant and furnished with original period furniture and equipped with a rich library, it is now a modern home ideal for relaxing, studying, reading and creating. On the lower floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, the living room with a rich library and a study. Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms - two with a loft and two bathrooms. Finally, there is the theater and the room for activities inside with a breathtaking view. Other things to note The swimming pool is fenced, measures 12 m long by 4 m wide and is 3 m deep everywhere. It is a private pool available to all guests of the three accommodations in the Caiano Farm area. It is therefore not for the exclusive use of those who book a house, nevertheless it is always pleasantly cool, shaded by olive trees and never crowded, also because the surroundings are full of attractions as well as natural waterfalls and ponds.
