There is a large wardrobe, bedside tables and a blackout curtain. The very large living room has a very large corner leather sofa with folding functions and storage compartments. There is also a high-quality sofa bed that is easily unfolded and can accommodate up to two people. In the dresser there are games, candles and glasses. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. From the kitchen you can enter the chamber where there is a refrigerator, freezer and additional storage space. The bathroom is also spacious and equipped with a sink, toilet, bathtub, shower and washing machine. It has two windows for ventilation and a heater. The hallway, through which all rooms are individually accessible, extends over the entire length of the apartment and is equipped with a dresser, wardrobe, mirror and a small library. A window at the end of the hallway brings in daylight. Guest access The apartment door is on the upper floor on the right, or if you come up the stairs and turn 180 degrees to the left. The large hallway can be used for lounging and drying laundry. In the completely enclosed backyard there is a laundry area, several seating areas, a barbecue and a small garden area. There is ample parking in front of the house on Thälmannstraße and Schlossstraße. Bicycles can be safely placed in the courtyard. On request, there is also a garage for storing bicycles.
