A wonderful place and terrace

In one of Skåne's most attractive areas, close to Sweden's longest beach, and a short drive from southern Sweden's best hike and mountainbike trails on Hallandsåsen / Vallåsen, is this lovely weil equipped house. The cottage is perfect for couples and families who appreciate comfortable living in a scenic area. Here there are activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, swimming in the sea and pool or just relaxing on the generous terrace, in the approximate of Ängelholm Private EV charging The space Private EV charging – arrive, plug in and enjoy your holiday. When entering the house, you get to the hallway which access to two bedrooms, the bathroom and the living area. The modern bathroom is spacious, has a toilet, rainshower, towel heater, sink, cupboards, a laundry machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom has lots of light, direct access to the terrace, a king size bed, a 32” tv to stream on, night stands and a big warm robe. This wardrobe gives also access to a storage space where cleaning material can be found. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed, a window towards the terrace and a smaller wardrobe. Entering the living room area you first see the dining area, with six seats. The modern Siemens kitchen with loads of equipement. The sitting area has a spacious couch and big screen tv, fireplace and a door to the terrace with outdoor furniture. Guest access A code for the digital lock will be shared with you about a week before arrival. Other things to note Remember that electricity is not included. A EHV/EV can be charged, but we recommend to do this during the night. Bring you own linen or request linen via the owner for a fee.
