Spacious 2 bedroom basement apartment with brand new furnishings! Walking distance to the University, Glenmere Park, North Colorado Medical Center and Downtown! Comfortable and quiet with a large backyard and patio. We are new to AirBnb so we would love to welcome you for the first time to our home! *FYI, the apartment does not have AC, but we find it stays quite comfortable since it is a basement apartment, and each bedroom does have a fan. The space Our apartment is newly furnished, spacious and cozy! There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a full sized in the other. Both rooms have a dresser and closet space with hangers. The full sized kitchen has stainless appliances and is fully stocked for making meals with place settings for 6. The bathroom has a large tile shower. The unit has a small desk, plenty of storage and washer and dryer. There is also a small outdoor fire pit and furniture for enjoying the large back yard. The back yard is shared with the family upstairs. Two parking spaces are available in the alley. Guest access The basement apartment is private, the backyard is shared space Other things to note There is a wonderful family that lives upstairs full time. Please be courteous with noise during quiet hours, and coordinate use of the backyard if you have brought a pet.
