The space This is a working ranch with horses on the property. The ranch is quiet and rural, with livestock areas and fencing nearby. Guests should be comfortable around large animals and uneven ground. Livestock areas, pens, and fenced pastures are not accessible to guests. Guest access Guests have access to the private barn apartment and may walk along Balis Road in front of the barn only. For privacy and safety, guests may not walk past the barn or enter neighboring driveways or properties. All livestock areas, stalls, pens, arenas, fenced pastures, and equipment areas are private and not accessible to guests. Horses may be housed in the barn at times. Please remain within designated guest areas at all times. Other things to note This is a working ranch. Horses may be active and vocal at times, including early mornings and evenings. The apartment is located in a barn, and normal ranch activity may occur nearby. The property is quiet and rural. Guests are expected to respect neighboring properties and the peaceful setting. Easy self check-in is provided via keypad lock. Parking is available in designated areas only.
