The space The physical address is 502 S. Elmarch Avenue, Unit B, Cynthiana, KY 41031. This unit has an onsite concrete parking pad that will accommodate parking for 2 vehicles. The property comes with the amenities to kick start your stay with us. Please keep in mind if you are staying longer than 2 days, you may want to pack extras or purchase once you are in Cynthiana. *Trial size bars of soap (2) * Trial size shampoo / conditioner (2) * Coffee cups for Keurig coffee maker * Dishwasher pods (2) * Laundry pods (2) * Dryer Sheets (4) Things to note: The coffee table in the unit converts to a table or desk by easily raising the top section. The unit also has 4 wooden tv trays on stands and 2 extra folding chair in the closet. Keep in mind that the small bedroom provides a twin bed and chest of drawers. The space is ideal for a small child or teenager, but may be a bit tight for an adult. You will be provided with enough towels and wash clothes for each guest to have 1 of each.
