Dromedary is a rural area less than 30 min drive from Hobart CBD. It is part of the Derwent Valley and characterised by large acreage properties, natural landscapes, and a peaceful countryside full of local wildlife. It appeals to most as it offers all of this while still being within a short drive to all the required amenities and also many tourist attractions such as the quaint town of Richmond, Mona museum, Hobart zoo, Salamanca markets, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary just to name a few. The space This is a 3 bedroom home located on acreage. For comfort and convenience we have limited the occupancy to be no more than 6 people any configuration of maximum 4 adults and maximum 3 children to total the 6 person occupancy ( children are considered 12yrs and under ). Possible configurations 2 adults and 1 or 2 children 3 adults and 1 or 2 children 4 adults and 1 or 2 children 2 adults 0 children 3 adults 0 children 4 adults 0 children Please contact me to possibly arrange any configuration outside of this. If you are found to be breaking this limit/ rule there is a fee of $50 per additional person per night of the breech and you may be asked to cancel the booking as of immediately *** Strictly no parties *** Guest access You have use of the home and immediate surrounds. As the property is located in a rural area, NBN services are not available. Internet access is provided via a portable service; while it is generally sufficient, there may be times when speeds are slower or the connection drops out. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate large vehicles such as trucks / trailers / campervans / motorhomes etc We ask that you do not enter the nurseries or yurt (wooden hut) Strictly no parties.
