The bright terraced house is located in a quiet location close to the city and beach on the border with Alt-Westerland - near the old village church of St. Niels.  In the house you can rent two separate apartments on the ground or upper floor. The 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor for 1-2 people has an exclusive sun terrace with beach chair, table and chairs. Children are welcome and you can also bring your dog. The space The bright apartment for 1-2 people on the ground floor with direct access to the sun terrace with beach chair, table and chairs has a large living/bedroom (no extra bedroom). The large windows offer views of the small garden. The separate, fully equipped Scandinavian kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine and dishwasher was completely renovated and refurbished in 2024. There is a hairdryer in the shower room (renovated in 2024). Cable TV, radio with USB and Bluetooth, telephone, Wi-Fi IMPORTANT: Our cleaning service charges €25 per person for a linen package (bed, bath, kitchen and table linen). This is included in the price. *** Guest cards / Sylt spa tax *** IMPORTANT information about the tourist tax: There is a registration and tourism tax obligation on the entire island of Sylt. See also www.insel-sylt[dot]de/kurabgabe-sylt EVERY landlord is obliged to collect this tourism tax (in short: spa tax) from their guests and forward it to the municipality. We have deposited the tax with AirBnB as a tax per guest per day. It is included in the final price. ATTENTION: In order for us to be able to create the guest cards in advance, please always provide the names and addresses of all arriving guests over the age of 18 when booking. Guest access From the living room of the apartment on the ground floor you have direct access to the sun terrace with beach chair, table and chairs. Exclusive to the ground floor apartment. Other things to note IMPORTANT: You can book a linen package (bed, bath, kitchen and table linen) separately for €25 per person and this will also be charged separately. Please let me know before booking if you would like to book the package and in what quantity. *** Guest cards / visitor's tax *** On Sylt, a visitor's tax is assessed by the municipality of Sylt. This applies to each guest per night. Children and adolescents under 18 are exempt and severely disabled people receive a discount. Landlords are obliged to issue guest cards to you. These will be charged separately after your booking per guest & per day at: 01.01. - 04.30. & 11/01 - 12/31: €1.95 May 1 - October 31: €3.90 Children up to the age of 18 receive the guest cards free of charge, severely disabled persons receive a discount Please let me know the names and dates of birth of all travelers when booking.
