Completely furnished which includes all utilities, wifi, and streaming for entertainment. Easy access to hospitals and 3 month leases may be extended if your contract is extended. No smoking and no pets. Prefer females. Rents go toward utilities and food for orphanage in Uganda. Feeds 350 kids plus staff The space Beautiful home built in 1890 has been completely renovated. Upstairs includes private entry, 1 1/2 bath with laundry room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Each bedroom as their own television and we are hooked up to wifi, HuLu, Paramount +, Discovery Plus, SLING, Netflix and Peacock. This is a no pets, no smoking house. Guest access Each guest has a bedroom. Shared space is only for guests and includes, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms and laundry room. During your stay Currently you can text or call. Mostly I am downstairs so you can also knock on the side door. I do however, travel to the cities to work my hospital shifts. We have family who lives in Aberdeen whom we can contact if we are not home.
