Common areas like the kitchen are shared with the homeowners. Our house is also home to a very gentle golden retriever. The space Our house is a red-brick ranch style home in south Fort Worth. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with many beautiful, mature oak trees located up and down our street. We are also conveniently located close to highways I-35 and I-20, with easy access to downtown Fort Worth, Burleson, and Arlington. Travel time to Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth is about 10-15 minutes. Travel time to Cowboys Stadium and Rangers Stadium in Arlington is about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Guest access This 1BR/1BA guest suite will be completely private during your stay. These rooms are at the back of the house and very quiet. The homeowners reside in a separate bedroom area at the front of the house. The bedroom includes a 50" TV with access to streaming services, as well as a personal coffee bar and free wi-fi. The fully-stocked kitchen, living room, and dining room are also completely open and available for your use. There is also a laundry room for any washing you may need. These spaces are shared with the homeowners, who may be home part of the time but are frequently out of the house for the evenings and on weekends.
