INSIDE THE CABIN Step into our bright and inviting sunroom - 400 sq. ft. of relaxation, filled with natural light and forest views. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, play a board game, or unwind with a good book after a day outdoors. The BRAND NEW kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family meals, and the updated 3-piece bathroom brings a clean, modern feel to your stay. After a day at the beach or out exploring, kick back in the cozy living room, complete with comfy seating, air conditioning, a wood stove and that laid-back cabin charm you came for. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP The cabin comfortably sleeps 6, with a bonus pull-out couch in the sunroom - ideal for warm summer nights under the stars. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds (great for kids or nostalgic grown-ups!) HIGHLIGHTS Sunroom: With ample natural light and cozy furnishings, it’s the ultimate hangout spot for family games or quiet days with a book. Spacious Deck: Fire up the BBQ, sip your morning coffee, or stargaze from the large deck. Fire Pit: Roast marshmallows, share stories, and soak up the peaceful sounds of nature. STAY CONNECTED - OR DON'T While cell service can be spotty in the summer, Starlink Wi-Fi is available for streaming, working remotely, or sharing your trip with friends. Or, choose to unplug completely and let nature take over. EXPLORE THE AREA Lakeshore Heights is a quiet community, 10 minutes south of Grand Beach. Here you’ll find two play structures, a basketball hoop, beach volleyball court and plenty of beaches to discover. Bring your bikes to explore. Our cabin is a 5-minute walk from Lake Winnipeg, but the perfect spot as your gateway to some of Manitoba’s most loved beaches: 10 minutes to Grand Beach 15 minutes to Patricia Beach 20 minutes to Hillside, Albert, and Victoria Beach Local shops and delicious restaurants are just a short drive away, and we’ll share our favourites before your visit. Guest access The whole place just for you! Other things to note We purchased the cabin in the fall of 2024 and fell in love with the serenity of the space and the large sunroom, perfect for visiting with family and friends or enjoying the slow pace of cabin life. Air conditioning is available for those hot summer days. The A/C unit is located in the living room, and each bedroom is equipped with a fan to help circulate the cool air throughout the cottage. We are currently in the process of winterizing the cottage - we'll be open for year-round bookings for the 2026/2027 season!
