The second room has direct view of the back garden and is across the living room from the first room. The dining room / living room are common areas and AC in these areas are not for guest usage as the booking is for rooms only. The kitchen / dining / living room / garden are common areas and is available for guest usage and may be shared with others. Besides myself if I’m in Bhubaneswar no other guest will have access to this floor of the house. Cleaning staff may come and go in common areas during the day time only. Guest access The Living come dining room is avaiable for guest usage as a part of common shared space and may also be used by Host or my Staff. Please note the Air Conditioners in this large common space is not for guest usage as the booking is for 2 rooms specifically. Other things to note No parties are allowed. No smoking is allowed in any inside space. Guests may smoke in balconies or gardens and utilise the Ashtrays provided
