Bus and train right outside of the door. The space Our summer residence ,as we affectionately call it,was built in 2017. The top-equipped apartment (about 65 sqm) is on the ground floor. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need. The modern bathroom has a shower. The large bright living room overlooking the garden invites you to chill out. The 50 sqm terrace overlooking the garden pond invites you to unwind. And in good weather to cheer on the grill. The walks to the Lenglerner/ Göttinger vineyard, which is located in the immediate vicinity, are also wonderful. We are looking forward to business travelers, couples, solo travelers, families with children. The car can be safely parked in the yard and there is plenty of space for bicycles.
