Torch Lake home, south end of lake, sandy beach, mile-and-a-half from famous sand bar! GREAT family spot! Tons of amenities, full kitchen appliances, TWO full size refrigerator/freezers, W/D, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10 total. Bedding, pillows, bath/hand/washcloths/beach towels included. 2 paddle boards, lily pad, fire pit, long dock. 20 miles to Traverse City, 12 miles to Elk Rapids, 20 minutes to TC Horse Show. House only rents a few weeks each summer! Grab it while you can! The space This is a great lakefront home on the south end of Torch Lake, just a mile-and-a-half from the famous sand bar! Sandy beach, long dock. Enjoy tons of amenities, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and every tool and small appliance (blender, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) you might need including TWO full size refrigerator/freezers, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10 total. Nearly all new beds! All bedding, pillows, bath/hand towels/washcloths and beach towels are included. 2 paddle boards, a lily pad are also there for your enjoyment. Grill on the outdoor gas grill each night, use the washer and dryer, sit out on the back deck that looks out over the lake and enjoy the gorgeous Torch Lake sunrises and sunsets and enjoy a beach bonfire! You are right on the south end of the lake, so enjoy both the sunrises and sunsets! Our home is about a mile-and-a-half from the sand bar/Torch River and 2 miles from adorable Alden, Michigan, 30-40 minutes from Traverse City, 20 minutes to the Traverse City horse show; this house has it all! Home is 3,100 sq. ft., includes a large family room/living area, dining area with a countertop with stools, quiet den with TV. Want to work from home while on vacation? There is even a small office nook right outside the master bedroom. House has central A/C, wifi, TVs, natural fireplace and firewood for cold nights. You are about 35 minutes from Traverse City, Meijer in Acme is only a 15 minute drive and Village Market Rapid City is around the corner. Elk Rapids is about 10-15 minutes. This house rents for only a few weeks each summer so act quickly!! We are only 15-20 minutes from great golf at Schuss Mountain. 5 bedrooms, including 2 with king beds! Rest of the bedrooms are all queen beds. We like to do a 7 night minimum, Sunday to Sunday, but we will consider three night stays. Please inquire. This home has been a favorite for families, and we rent only to families who wish to have a lovely, quiet, beautiful week on Torch Lake. We do NOT permit gatherings or parties. We provide the following: dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, toilet paper, paper towel, all linens including beach towels and dish towels, trash bags, bathroom supplies including shampoo/conditioner/soap. Absolutely no pets, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, or fireworks on the property, dock or beach. Note: There is no access to garage or boat house. Limit of 4 cars parked in driveway and we do not allow boat/jet ski trailers in our driveway/yard. We do not permit "camping" or tents on lawn during stay, and no air mattresses in the house. No use of boat lift. There is a mooring available for use if you rent/bring a boat. Cleaning fee is included in rental cost. No smoking, vaping inside or outside, and no pets. There is a full house generator with the house. Please know that we are VERY firm with our maximum guest allowance. You will be charged $500/night, per guest if you exceed this limit and you will be asked to leave, immediately. 10 guests includes adults and children of any/all ages. We are cognizant of the burden/stress on our system(s) including septic and well, and our lake, and we like to be good neighbors. Rental agreement requires you to list names and ages of your guests. Please consider this before you inquire. Our home is in demand and we only rent it for 4-5 weeks each summer, so our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund 60 days before check-in, 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in, otherwise, no refund. **Traverse City Horse Show attendees and looking for a extended say? Inquire about a discounted multi-week rate! Guest access Guests have access to whole house, excluding basement and garage. Huge private beach, long dock is yours for week. Driveway/parking limited to 4 cars, no boat trailer parking. No parking on grass due to spriklers, septic, well. Other things to note Please note...this is not a party or event house. We cater mostly to families and have had multi-generational families stay in our home and enjoy it for years!
