• 110 m2 apartment located in a fully renovated old barn located next to our accommodation. You will have two bedrooms with a bathroom each and a kitchen/living room area. • Located in a small village at the foot of the Gy mountains, 3 km from the VIA FRANCIGENA (Canterbury GB- Rome ITA) and 20 km from the center of Besançon. • Close to Franche-Comté TGV station (8 km). Small supermarket in a neighboring village (Cussey sur l'Ognon) 6 km, 5 minutes The space • The accommodation is intended for 5 people, 2 more people possible (sofa bed in the living room area, extra 10 euros per person per night beyond 5 people). We have the possibility to add 2 baby beds (one fixed, one umbrella type) if needed. • Breakfast on request 24 hours before: €8 per person (coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, homemade brioche, butter, homemade jam). • You have a washing machine, kettle and tea, toaster, Tassimo-style coffee machine with pods and a filter coffee maker in the kitchen. • You have a bathroom with toilet, a dining area, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob and cooking utensils. • A TV and a WII gaming console. Guest access • Private access via gate then staircase to the entrance to the accommodation. • A parking space is available immediately on the right side of the house, two spaces if the cars are in a row. Otherwise parking is available in the center of the village, Place du lavoir 200 m from the house Other things to note • Possibility to rent up to 3 bikes without helmets (2 mountain bikes and 1 hybrid bike): 1/2 day: €5, Day: €10 • Cats in the garden.
