Our 30 square meter studio apartment not only offers beautiful views of the Swabian Alps, but above all represents an ideal starting point for a visit to the Metzinger Outlet City or the thermal baths in Beuren and Bad Urach. In addition, some hikes are possible directly from the house. After a long day, you can walk to the popular Greek restaurant (with a timely reservation). The space Our cozy apartment is located in a quiet, rural village near Metzingen. Surrounded by picturesque nature and numerous hiking trails, it is the ideal place for nature lovers. From the apartment you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Swabian Alps. The location is especially convenient for visiting the outlet city of Metzingen. The studio apartment can accommodate up to two people. You will sleep on a comfortable sofa bed that can be easily folded up if necessary to make the most of the space. The compact kitchenette is fully equipped and contains everything you need for short or long stays – with the exception of a dishwasher. The bathroom is also modern and fully equipped, so you don't miss anything. Please note that the property is located directly on a road that is regularly used. Therefore, traffic noise (especially rush hour traffic) can occasionally be heard. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance and hallway. Other things to note The supermarkets are unfortunately not within walking distance, but can be reached comfortably in about three minutes by car. For an extensive and delicious breakfast, we recommend the Mayer Bakery, which is also just a short three-minute drive away. Free parking is available 150 meters away.
