Individual, sustainably oriented, personal: The mini-apartment "An der Sonnenwiese" offers you relaxed home-being for a maximum of two people and is brand new. It is located on the first floor of a charming wooden house, surrounded by 70-year-old trees, with direct views of the mountains and the city walls of Radstadt. Your temporary home is stylishly and individually furnished with brand new as well as personal vintage pieces. A sunny veranda seating area invites you to relax. The space The living/sleeping room (about 14 m2) has large windows and is south-southwest facing. You can look forward to a comfortable sofa bed (queen size) with high quality mattress as well as cozy pillows and blankets! There are books, old-fashioned board games. Of course, there is also Wi-Fi. NO cooking facilities, but there is a mini fridge, a kettle, a French press and a milk frother as well as ground coffee powder and tea bags. It is not allowed to cook on brought cooking facilities. If you want a place to cook, please book something else! Bathroom and toilet are separate, there is a spacious hallway. The sunny, rain-protected patio is just for you - but you have to share the garden with a small biotope with me;-) You have a seperate entrance and due to the key safe you can check in any time you like. Parking is available right in front of the house or – also free of charge – in the immediate vicinity. The price includes: Bed linen, shower & towels, Wi-Fi, homemade ecological liquid soap, small fridge, basic breakfast dishes incl. French press and milk frother, a wonderful view and maybe one or the other interesting conversation or a secret tip. Lockable bicycle storage, charging facility for e-bikes. Washer and dryer can only be used for a fee ( 5 EUR per wash/dry). Guest access You are undisturbed and have the entire guest area to yourself. Other things to note TOURISM TAX Please note that 2.40 EUR tourist tax per person / night is applicable. These will be collected by AirBnB. Leisure fun summer and winter In winter you are here in the heart of the Amade sports world and can choose a new slopes adventure every day: Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl, Obertauern, Schladming... every about 20 minutes by car. But that's not all! Here you can, depending on the season... Skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, mountain biking, swimming (swimming pool 3 minutes walk), hiking, walking in the forest just behind the house, tobogganing, winter hiking, taking snowshoe tours and excursions - or just relaxing at the spa 3 km away. You can also discover, among other things... the Hohe Tauern National Park, the city of Salzburg, wild waterfalls, castles, fortresses, swimming lakes, lots of scenery, our medieval town, which is 5 minutes walking distance.
