Individual, warm, personal: The mini apartment "An der Sonnenwiese" offers you a relaxing home for a maximum of two people (without children). It is located on the ground floor of a charming wooden house, surrounded by 80-year-old shade-providing trees, with a direct view of the mountains and the city walls of Radstadt. Your temporary home is stylishly individually decorated with brand new as well as personal vintage pieces. A veranda seating area invites you to relax. The space The living/bedroom (approx. 14 m²) has large windows and faces south-southwest, but it's cool in summer – perfect for a good night's sleep! Look forward to a comfortable sofa bed (queen size) with a high-quality mattress as well as cozy pillows and blankets! In addition to books and old-fashioned board games, there is of course also Wi-Fi. NO cooking facilities; there are - Mini Refrigerator - Kettle - Frenchpress - Milk frother - egg boiler -Orgenpresse as well as ground coffee powder and tea bags. It is forbidden to cook on cooking equipment that you have brought with you. If you want a place to cook, please book something else! Bathroom and toilet are separate, there is a spacious hallway. The sunny, rain-protected patio is just for you - but you have to share the garden with a small biotope with me;-) You have a seperate entrance and due to the key safe you can check in any time you like. Parking is available right in front of the house or – also free of charge – in the immediate vicinity. The price includes: Bedding, shower towels and hand towels, Wi-Fi, eco-friendly liquid soap, small fridge, basic breakfast dishes including the items listed above, a wonderful view and perhaps an interesting conversation or an insider tip. Lockable bicycle storage, charging facility for e-bikes. Washer and dryer can only be used for a fee ( 5 EUR per wash/dry). Guest access You are undisturbed and have the entire guest area to yourself. Other things to note TOURIST TAX Please note that there is a tourist tax of 3.40 EUR per person/night. This is collected by Airbnb. The price also includes Airbnb fees of 15.5%. Leisure activities in both summer and winter In winter, you are here in the heart of the Amade sports world and can choose a new adventure on the slopes every day: Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl, Obertauern, Schladming... all about 20 minutes away by car. But that's not all! Here, depending on the season, you can... Skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, mountain biking, swimming (swimming pool 3 minutes' walk away), hiking, walking in the forest right behind the house, tobogganing, winter hiking, snowshoeing and excursions - or simply relaxing in the spa 3 km away. You can also discover, among other things... the Hohe Tauern National Park, the city of Salzburg, wild waterfalls, castles, fortresses, swimming lakes, lots of scenery, and our medieval town, which is a 5-minute walk away.
