The house has 2 floors and the suite with private bathroom is downstairs; as well as the kitchen and living room shared with Carlos - owner of the house and my father. A 10-minute walk from the Alto do Ipiranga subway (green line), you will be on a quiet street, also close to a bakery, supermarket, Sunday market on the next street, and a pharmacy. The space is large, with great comfort and privacy! Other things to note Oh, we ask that you let us know how many people will be coming at the time of booking.
