Coastal Calm: stylish family base in Hollesley

Tucked away in peaceful Hollesley, this stylish and spacious family home is a perfect base to explore Suffolk’s stunning Heritage Coast. Just 1.5km from Shingle Street, it’s ideal for active getaways or relaxed retreats. The village has a great pub and handy shop, while the historic market town of Woodbridge - with its shops, cinema and cosy pubs - is only 10 minutes away. The space This house is newly built, so is very clean and with many modern features. The newly fitted kitchen provides seating for 4 at the island and a dining room table can comfortably sit 8. With a dishwasher, microwave oven, convectional hob and further cooker you don't need to bring anything with you to make full use of the hub of the house. The utility room consists of a washer and drier which are for you to use at your convenience. Our outdoor space is a mixture of a suntrap with mottled shade and plenty of piece and quiet. You can use our Webber gas BBQ and enjoy the luxurious seating area. The living room is a chance to get away from it all. It feels cosy but is really spacious with plenty of entertainment for you from all the TV channels you could wish for as well as plenty of board games too. The office is a different area that you can utilise as you see fit. Feel free to plug any games consoles into an additional TV in here. Main Bedroom - a characterful room with sloping ceilings and plenty of storage for your clothing. Enjoy the en-suite shower room as well as the views. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are all of varying sizes but all are bright and airy and plenty big enough for a double bed and clothes storage. There is an additional family bathroom with a shower and bathtub for you to use as well. Guest access You have access to the whole house other than the double garage which will be locked and holds our personal belongings. Other things to note We are aiming for this house to feel like a home from home, but with a touch of 'hotel feel' as well! It is a perfect base to explore the east coast of East Anglia with multiple seaside towns nearby. At the same time any amenities you may need are either in the village or a short 10 minute drive away.
