Living area and 2 of the 3 bedroom open up onto decks and sunny courtyard giving it an airy feel. Outdoor lounge and table area available along with bbq. 2 full bathrooms along with hot outdoor shower. Laundry and drying areas. Beach and Park access are gained through back gate. Beach 300m walk Park 30m walk Guest access Guest will have entire house. One room on top level of house will not be accessible during stay. Other things to note Entrance driveway is shared with our lovely neighbours, please do not block. There are 2 parking spaces available along with street parking at the top and bottom of property..
