This expansive property offers 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a half bath, and an open-concept living space designed for comfort and entertainment. Inside the Home • Two front bedrooms off the main living room—one with a private bath, the other just steps from a common bathroom. • Main living area features genuine leather seating, a dining table for 6, a bar with 6 stools, and a cozy nook for 6 more. • Kitchen with an 8-burner gas stove, double oven, double dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator plus a fridge/freezer combo. Fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and glassware. • Dining room with a large table seating 8-10, perfect for shared meals. • Front room with a sleeper sofa, full-size piano, and large TV—a great additional gathering space. Beyond the front room, you’ll find 4 more bedrooms, each featuring: • King-size bed, private bathroom, and TV for ultimate comfort. • Each have backyard views Amazing Outdoor Space • Multiple patio and deck areas, all designed for relaxation and entertainment. • Fully covered patios, including one with two hot tubs for ultimate relaxation. • Outdoor cooking station with a 6-burner BBQ and two flattop grills—perfect for cookouts. • Two deck areas, including one next to a beautiful rose arbor that blooms all summer, creating a picturesque setting. When you step outside you will find yourself nestled on three private acres at the end of a quiet gravel road. This fully fenced property backs up to serene woods, offering a secluded getaway while still being conveniently located near Fern Ridge Lake. While there’s no direct lake access, you’re just a short 10-15 minute drive from three different boat launches, making it easy to get out on the water. It is not a short walk to the lake FYI. With a large driveway and plenty of parking, there’s ample space for trailers, boats, and multiple vehicles. The expansive yard is perfect for lawn games like cornhole, and the fully paved path from the front of the home to the backyard ensures easy accessibility. Enjoy the fresh air from one of three covered patio areas or step out onto the deck just off the lawn. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire first floor of the home and all the beautiful outdoor spaces. What’s Included in Your Stay ✔ Full access to the first floor – including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas. ✔ Private use of all outdoor areas, including multiple covered patios, two decks, and a BBQ station. ✔ Spacious yard, ideal for lawn games or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. ✔ Two hot tubs for ultimate relaxation. A Few Things to Note ❌ No access to the second floor – this is the host’s private residence. ❌ Garage & outbuildings are off-limits to guests. Enjoy a peaceful stay with plenty of room to spread out, cook, and make memories. Whether you’re here for a quiet retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this home is the perfect setting! The host resides on the second floor but will maintain minimal to no contact to ensure your privacy throughout your stay. Host will need to exit the second floor through the secondary front door. Due to the size of the property and the live outdoor plants and lawn with a sprinkler system, the host may be onsite for occasional maintenance. However, your comfort and privacy are a top priority. Arrangements will be made prior to arrival to arrange best time for outdoor home maintenance. Please reach out for additional information. We want to ensure you comfort and privacy during your stay! Other things to note Enjoy a pet-free downstairs space, with the exception of the host’s friendly goldendoodle, who enjoys the first floor when there are no guests.
