Attic apartment with loft near the university

My place is close to University Campus Beitz-Platz and the University Hospital. In addition to a living room in the attic, there is also a cozy loft for sleeping. The apartment has no kitchen. The space In the converted attic are the two beds. The attic is nice and bright due to many skylights and you have a nice panoramic view. The bathroom is semi-open to the attic room. The beds are very low (slatted base with mattress). Guest access It's a separate apartment. Other things to note The stairs inside the apartment up to the attic are quite steep and therefore not suitable for small children and people with reduced mobility. The bathroom is also located in the attic and is only separated by a privacy wall. There's no lockable door.
