- Create unforgettable memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation. - The house has a private pool, slide, grill, large space, security, air conditioning and comfort. - It has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with disabled access. And 3 bedrooms on the first floor. - Housekeeping service is included from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. - If you require the person to support you after 3 pm and until 6 pm, there would be an additional cost. The space -Private pool with slide. - 5 bedrooms distributed in: - Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and full bathroom, ideal for disabled people. - First floor: 3 Bedrooms Bedroom 1: with double bed and 1 bunk bed Bedroom 2: with 2 queen size beds Bedroom 3: with 2 queen size beds 2 full bathrooms on the first floor. - Wifi service - Pool area: with grill and barbecue, garden, bathrooms. - TV with digital platforms in the living room. - Air conditioning. Guest access - Guests have access to all areas of the house except for 2 of the 7 bedrooms. - You will not have access to the following areas: 1) The roof terrace, since the solar panels are there, and if you need to wash, please ask Nancy who will be there to help you. 2) Machine room. Nancy or Isidoro will be there to help you with the slide. - You will have access to the clubhouse: tennis courts, pool. Other things to note *****IMPORTANT***** - It is essential to register the number of people who will occupy the house. - Children over 2 years of age count as guests (Airbnb rules) - Access will be denied to people who are not registered in the reservations. - Access is not allowed for guests or persons other than those registered in the original reservation. - In case of receiving visitors, it is necessary to inform in advance and cover the extra guest fee for each guest. (maximum 4 guests). - Once your reservation is approved: Your vehicle's license plates are required to request access in the surveillance area. - No parties or excessive noise after 11:00 pm (subdivision rules). - Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the house. - Check-out is at 12 noon. Please consider this point as the cleaning staff requires time to clean, disinfect and sanitize the house for the next stay. - Late Check-out available up to 6 pm at an additional cost and always subject to availability. - If you require Late Check out, you must notify us at the beginning of the reservation, or at least 2 days before the end of the reservation. - Remember, pets are not allowed.
