Welcome to Menifee Ranch. This is one of two rooms we offer on AirBnB. We like to add a little more Bed and Breakfast with our AirBnB, offering you free snacks and water bottles for your travels. This is more than just a room, its a home. The space Ranch style home on one acre. Property is gated. Shared Bathroom with other AirBnB guests. Centrally located to many of Southern California's attractions. 5 Minutes to Skydive Perris 25 Minutes to Skydive Elsinore Less than 2 Hours to Big Bear Lake 1 Hour to Oceanside Beaches 1 Hour 30 Minutes to San Diego, Hollywood, or Joshua Tree Guest access Guest will have access to kitchen, living area, rear patio. During your stay Feel free to contact me during your stay if you need anything. There is one full time tenant who is very friendly and always willing to help should anything arise. Other things to note There are pets living in this house. None are ever allowed in the AirBnB rooms and are usually outside. At night or during inclement weather they do have access to the room adjacent to the kitchen. Dogs and a cat. All are friendly. We also have a Horse and several chickens.
