Children Items  Pack n play folding crib with comfortable mattress, sheets and blanket.  High chair.  Children Swimming vest, one for toddlers 20-50/70 pounds, one for 2-4 and 4-6 years old, one 6 and up. They are placed in the fouth bedroom next to the kintchen to easily move them to the room where you need them. With access to the screened-enclosed porch, two swings, and a high-top table with four stools overlooking the pool. Access to the pool area and private backyard. OUTDOOR LIVING The home extends outdoors with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their time. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to take a stroll through our outdoor oasis. All of your favorite outdoor activities will be within reach. Take a dip in the pool, grill your favorite meal, enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining table or just sit quietly enjoying the sun in the lounge chairs or in the evening light the wood fire pit and warm up by the fire or roast marshmallows. It's a little piece of heaven, outdoors, surrounded by a beautiful garden. PRIVATE FENCED SEASONAL POOL – Officially Opens Memorial Day” Enjoy a private fenced in-ground pool exclusively for our guests. Cool off from the summer heat in this pool. The pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend through September. Just a few minutes walk across the street, you'll find Wolcott Trails, a Scoville Reservoir to relax and enjoy 3.5 miles of walking or running with wonderful views of the lake and the forest. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, living room, home office, work out equipment, outdoor furniture, private fenced pool, large yard, free parking, gas BBQ, wood fire pit, self check-in. There are three doors locked downstairs the first door is the storage closet used for supplies second door is a small closet where the well tank is storage and the third door is next to the washing machine that leads to the garage is also locked for the moment. Other things to note We've occasionally seen a bear passing by the back of the property during the day, so it's important to keep the gate closed at all times and maintain your distance. Be careful if you see one passing by; it's harmless if left undisturbed.
