We welcome you to come & experience our little piece of paradise, where you can rest, rejuvenate & connect with each other. Escape for relaxation whilst also discovering the serenity of the rolling hills, explore nature walks in the local national parks or enjoy local cafes & shopping in the artisan village atmosphere the Sunshine Coast Hinterland offers. The space The guest house has a queen bed and separate dressing area located in the loft space, with capacity for the sofa to be made into a double bed for an additional 2 guests. Perfect for two couples attending a wedding in the hinterland area and wanting to reduce costs with a shared stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four and an open plan living space. The guest house has one bathroom with a waterfall shower head and combination handheld feature. The deck has a 2 seater outdoor dining setting and double egg chair - perfect for relaxing with a book and enjoying the peaceful surrounds. Guest access Guests are able to park their car in the designated parking space at the front of the property, before entering through their own private entry and pathway to their Serendipitous Escape. Guests will be provided with a lockbox code on the day of check in, in order to have a stress free self check in process. There is a detailed guide book inside the guest house with all the relevant information guests might need during their stay. Other things to note **Please note, the hosts also reside on the same property and the main house is visible from the guest house deck; however your privacy is our priority while you are here. **Additionally, the guest house is adjacent to a working nursery in the neighbouring property and noise related to the nursery may be heard during the mornings of Monday - Thursday. **We apologise for the noise the ceiling fan makes.
