For those of you who want to stay in an oasis of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city, a stay surrounded by greenery awaits you, in a central location to reach many destinations of interest. You will have a double bedroom with a king-size double bed and a large private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, fast Wi-Fi, private parking and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. The space Welcome to the peaceful oasis of Saranto, a farm located in the heart of Emilia Romagna, in a central location to reach the main points of interest in the region and the main Italian destinations. You will find yourself surrounded by greenery and will experience your stay in a context full of details that recall nature, starting from the shared spaces of which the living room and kitchen with large spaces to share with other guests. There will be 3 suites with private bathrooms and yours is called "La Betulla", a resilient and lush tree. Inside your suite you will find a spacious and comfortable king-sized double bed that will allow you to recharge your batteries, ready to make the most of your trip to our beloved Emilia; you will also have a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings, a private bathroom with all the services and always sanitized by qualified personnel. For entertainment, you will have a TV with streaming services (Netflix) in the room, a well-furnished room where you can sit and read a good book and from the window see the green background of the countryside; you will also have a tea/coffee area shared with other guests, with a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. For the laundry service, you must make a request and we will try to meet all your needs. Finally, the breakfast area is located on the ground floor and you will have a large table where you can share your experiences and meet new people while enjoying zero-kilometer delicacies ready to make the most of your day! Guest access In our facility, guests have access to private rooms and common areas designed for relaxation, including the cozy living room with decorative fireplace and the large fenced outdoor garden. You can explore the farm and our vegetable garden, experiencing nature up close and enjoying the fresh products of the zero-kilometer breakfast, including our Balsamic Vinegar and honey from our Saranto farm. The kitchen, on the other hand, is not accessible to guests, but we are here to make every moment of your stay special and assess your needs! During your stay If you want to arrange excursions or need advice about the city, we will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Breakfast is provided from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., You must indicate intolerances and allergens within 48 hours of your arrival time.
