You will have a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a large private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, fast Wi-Fi, private parking and spacious indoor and outdoor environments. The space Welcome to the peace oasis of Saranto, a farm located in the heart of Emilia Romagna, in a central position to reach the main points of interest in the region and the main Italian destinations. You will find yourself surrounded by greenery and you will live your stay in a context full of details that recall nature, starting from the shared spaces of which the living room and kitchen with large spaces to share with other guests. There will be 3 suites with private bathrooms and yours is called "La Betulla", a resilient and lush tree. Inside your suite you will find a spacious and comfortable king-size bed that will allow you to recharge your batteries, ready to make the most of your trip in our beloved Emilia; you will also have a closet where you can store your belongings, a private bathroom with all the amenities and always sanitized by qualified personnel. For entertainment you will have a TV with streaming services (Netflix) in the room, a well-decorated room where you can accommodate and read a nice book and from the window see the green background of the countryside; you will also have a tea/coffee area shared with other guests, with a microwave, a kettle and a coffee maker. For the linen washing service, you have to make a request and we will try to meet all your needs. Finally, the breakfast area is located on the ground floor and you will have a large table where you can share your experiences and meet new people enjoying zero-kilometer delicacies ready to make the most of your day! Guest access In our structure, guests have access to private rooms and common spaces designed for relaxation, including the cozy living room with decorative fireplace and the large fenced outdoor garden. You can explore the farm and our garden, experiencing nature up close and enjoying the fresh breakfast products at zero kilometer, including our Balsamic Vinegar and honey from our Saranto farm. The kitchen, on the other hand, is not accessible to guests, but we are here to make every moment of your stay special and evaluate your needs! Other things to note Breakfast is provided from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. you have to indicate intolerances and allergens within 48 hours of arrival time.
