Stunning forest cottage with sauna and hot tub

In the middle of the New Forest, with nature all around, this fairy-tale English forest cottage has a beautiful large garden of nearly an acre, with swings and hammocks, that backs onto fields and forest walks. There is a beautiful stream and a pond with fish, next to a stunning stone heated swimming pool in the trees (from May 22nd - August 31st) Lymington and the beautiful village of Brockenhurst where donkeys roam freely (also the main line train to London), are both a few minutes drive away. The space The house is a classic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom late 19th century cottage which was originally a forest worker's cottage. It has been completely refurbished and kitted out with fresh paint, carpets and new kitchenware etc as of April 2025. There is a cosy wood burner in the main living room and plenty of logs in the newly built shed. For added privacy we have recently installed electric gates which all makes the property safer if you have dogs or young children (although the road is barely used as it's a no-through road!) Guest access All of the main house and garden. The secondary cabin is for owner use only (not shown in photos), but will be not in use whenever guests are staying. There are automatic electric gates for which you will be given a fob. Other things to note There is super-fast full fibre Wifi throughout the house and outside, a table tennis table with bats and balls, and 6 mountain bikes to use (3 child and 3 adult). The nearby bluebell woods are nationally famous and a short walk away for about a month from mid-April). The swimming pool is deep enough to swim, but also shallow enough to be child-safe, at a maximum depth of around 4 feet (1.2m) All bedding is luxurious 600TC Egyptian cotton and the mattresses are all minimum 2000 pocket sprung. The newly installed hot tub and sauna complete the 'wellness retreat' feel for the cottage, as they are in the middle of trees and surrounded by nature.
