The space With room for 3, one queen bed and one couch (big enough for my 6'2 brother to sleep comfortably) you will sleep in comfort and wake to gorgeous blue skies and beach side breezes. The large window and screen door offer beautiful light throughout the day. Equip with all of the homely amenities you could want, you will feel right at home, including a full kitchen, breakfast nook, lots of seating, TV (with cable, netflix, and amazon fire stick), stocked bathroom with toiletries, and an AIR CONDITIONING should you need to cool off. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire studio apartment (including kitchen) private parking space, all beach essentials, and will be walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars on Coast Highway 101. Should you need laundry or BBQ access, please ask. Other things to note This home is one of only two units with west facing entrances. The rest of the units enter from the opposite end of the building, making it easy to maintain a safe social distance from any neighbors. It is often quiet enough to hear the mesmerizing waves of the pacific ocean. The neighborhood is quaint and gorgeous to explore. Don't miss the famous Encinitas Boat Houses, super cool tikis of Swami's beach, or Dave's Rock Garden, all within a few scenic blocks of the home. We are also lucky to have our beaches open, with wide, sandy beaches for you enjoy safely. And with Encinitas' amazing weather, you'll feel immediately transported to a serene paradise!
