Other things to note Rental Agreement & Important Guest Terms A Short-Term Rental Agreement is required for all Iron Mountain Cabins reservations. The agreement must be reviewed and signed before arrival and will be provided through the Airbnb message thread. The agreement includes the following important terms: Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in the reservation. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. No parties, events, weddings, receptions, or large gatherings are permitted without prior written approval from the Host. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cabin. A maximum of one (1) pet per reservation is permitted with prior approval and payment of any applicable pet fee. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, missing property, and other reasonable guest-caused costs, consistent with applicable law and Airbnb policies. The property may be used for temporary vacation and residential purposes only. Commercial activities and subletting are not permitted. Guests must follow all applicable property rules, safety instructions, fire restrictions, trash instructions, and road/access guidelines. Illegal activity, violence, threats, harassment, and conduct creating a substantial risk to people or property are prohibited. Guests must vacate the property at the stated checkout time unless a later checkout has been approved by the Host. Property-specific conditions, including rural roads, gravel roads, steep terrain, creek crossings, weather-related access issues, fireplaces, fire pits, and other natural conditions may apply depending on the cabin. By booking, guests acknowledge that these terms apply to their stay and that a full Short-Term Rental Agreement will be provided through the Airbnb message thread for review and signature before arrival.
