Perfect for mountain bike riders or a coastal getaway in the heart of Mogo, 300m from the Trailhead. Only a 3-minute drive to Mogo Wildlife Park or 8 minutes to the beach. Sleeps up to 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Very spacious and family-friendly. Huge outdoor entertaining areas at the front and rear. Secure bike storage and E-Bike charging. Hire bikes from the bike shop downstairs (Ride Mogo discount code available) or utilise their servicing options. The space Oh Enter the apartment via a private door adjacent the bike shop. Up the stairs you will be greeted with a spacious, open-plan living / dining / kitchen. Down the hallway is a queen bedroom, a huge king bedroom, and a bedroom with twin (2 king-single) beds. Please note this room does not have a door. There’s a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Also off the hallway is a large bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, and vanity. A separate toilet, and laundry with washing machine is also available. The property boasts two large outdoor entertaining areas, ideal for having a beer and reflecting on the amazing trails, thrills and spills! Access the outdoor lounge area via either the king bedroom or twin bedroom. Off the living room, you will find a large outdoor area with dining table and BBQ. The private, lockable garage is fitted with security cameras, steady racks, floor cycle parking racks, and power for e-bike charging. Feel free to bring your own chain / bike lock. There's a dedicated workstation with a selection of Park Tools and a bike stand. Don’t have your own bike? No problem! Hire one from the brand-new bike shop downstairs (Ride Mogo). Discount code available. Mogo has some great cafes and shops including art galleries, potters, furniture, fashion, lollies, leather, and souvenir stores. The Foxdog Gin Distillery, Oaks Ranch resort, Broulee Brewhouse, and Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens are only a short drive. Bed linen and towels are provided. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the premises, thank you. NO PARTIES. Our apartment is in a residential area with local families and is not available for parties etc. Thank you for your understanding. NO PETS please. Guests will gain access with keys via a coded lock box on site. Plenty of parking on site or on the street.
