House of the Valley - Cozy Cabin Gaia for 2 people on an eco-estate in Northern Portugal. With a spacious private terrace and breathtaking views over the valley and the mountains. Relax by the shared pool or in the expansive garden and orchard of House of the Valley. A special place to recharge, in the middle of nature. The space Terrace: Spacious terrace on stilts with chairs, a table and a bench; perfect for relaxing mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Living room: Cozy space with a sofa, small table, bar, kitchenette, fridge and kettle; everything you need for a pleasant stay. Bathroom: With toilet, sink and a lovely freestanding bath with shower and hot water. Bedroom: Double bed (160x200) with romantic mosquito net, storage space and air conditioning. Through the door you step onto the terrace, overlooking the mountains. Not available: No WiFi or TV, but peace, quiet and a stack of fine books from the library of the main house. Swimming pool: Fenced swimming pool with sunbeds, covered seating area and outdoor shower; ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Garden: A green oasis with fruit trees, a hammock and a cozy barbecue area. Local amenities A short distance away you will find everything you need: cafes, a bakery, supermarket, ATM and even two hairdressers. Hiking trails Several popular hiking trails start just 5 minutes from the estate, ranging from 4.2 km to 14 km. Market Every Friday morning there is a local market with regional products. Historical landmarks Visit the beautiful 14th-century church Igreja de São Martinho de Soalhães, or follow the Rota do Românico with 58 Romanesque monuments such as monasteries, churches and castles. Cities such as Porto, Guimarães and the Douro Valley are also within easy reach for a cultural day out. Guest access Guests are welcome to make free use of the entire property: the garden, orchard, swimming pool and common areas. We ask that you respect each other's privacy. House of the Valley is a place for peace, connection and space, for everyone who is here. Other things to note There is no WiFi or television in the tiny house, deliberately, so you can really get away from everything. If you still need to arrange something online, WiFi is available on the terrace by the main house. We do ask that you use this place with peace and respect. During your stay at House of the Valley, you can do more than just relax in nature. We also offer family constellations and intuitive coaching sessions. In addition, you can book an Ayurvedic relaxation massage with Sandra. Everything is aimed at bringing you closer to yourself, in an environment where you can really land.
