LA MIMOSA DE HAZAS is a brand new house furnished with love. Close to the sea, in 15 minutes by car on average, you access wonderful beaches, Noja, Laredo, Somo, Langre, Ajo, etc. At the same time it is in a quiet rural environment and in contact with nature. It can be enjoyed in any season, for its spacious garden with a nice porch overlooking the countryside, or its fireplace in winter times. In the center of Cantabria and 2 km from the A8 motorway, by car all the places of interest are nearby The space The house is a townhouse only by an auxiliary building, so it is practically independent and has a large garden that surrounds it. In addition, being at one end of the development, it has nothing in front of it but beautiful views of the valley and the fields. You can walk to nearby villages, or stroll along the trails. There is no parking problem, and Beranga, 2 km away, has a railway station that connects Bilbao with Santander. Guest access The rental is for the entire house. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room, and a toilet. The kitchen is independent, complete with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances, with space for storage, it has access to a covered porch with a clothesline. The living room with three large windows with access to the garden, has sofas and armchairs and a large table for eating widely. There is wifi, smart TV with on-demand service. In the toilet there is the washing machine, a toilet and sink. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms, with two single beds each and a full bathroom in common. This floor has access to two outdoor terraces. The rooms have large closets with hangers and all the necessary linens and towels. Other things to note Although pets are not normally allowed, you can discuss your needs, and I am open to considering exceptions. A deposit of 50 euros will be charged in case an exceptional cleaning is needed at the end of the stay due to the pet. If it is not necessary, it will be returned to the guest.
