Inside is quite, beautiful and cosy. Perfect for couples on holiday or work. very safe area with CCTV,night security man at post daily. its a mini home away from home. Perfect for business or leisure visitor. Easy access to transport The space A fully furnished and spacious modern apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 living room, 1 and a half bathroom and a modern self catering kitchen will provide comfort for up to 2 guest. The bedroom has a queen bed and ensuit bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, utensils, cutlery, glasses and mugs etc. Guest access Host greets you. Guest have access to all areas Other things to note Electricity: The apartment is fitted with a prepaid . This will be loaded by the owner. Guest are encouraged to turn off lights, fans, air conditioners and electrical appliances when not in use. This will allow us to keep our rates low. Laundry: The house has a washing machine, a clothes drying line, an electric ironing an ironing board all available for guest to use. Cleaning: Guest are responsible for ensuring that the house is kept clean during their stay. The owner will do thorough cleaning once or twice a week subject to the convenience of the guest. OTHER RULES - No smoking - No pets - No parties or events without owner approval check - in - time 2pm {early check in allowed if apartment is not occupied}
