Located at a prime Location – Just minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, you’re close to top restaurants, breweries, and entertainment. Great place to stay if you’re here for ArtPrize, a concert at Van Andel Arena, or just to explore - you’re in the heart of it all! The space One bedroom located just to the left once you enter through the front door. Guest access includes all rooms on the lower level (bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom). Space available in refrigerator, as well! Bathroom is located past the kitchen (to the left of the coffee maker). I will not be using your bathroom while you are here. Help yourself to free coffee whenever your please 🤓 Guest access Guests have access to main level only: Bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Basement and upstairs are off limits for guests. During your stay Host is available for questions through app and texting.
